Shyamkamal Investments seeks to increase authorized equity share capital at AGM As on : 17-Sep-26  19:44

Shyamkamal Investments Limited notified the Bombay Stock Exchange of an addendum to the notice of its Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2026, which includes a resolution to increase the company’s authorized equity share capital from Rs 52,00,00,000 divided into 5,20,00,000 shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 1,52,00,00,000 divided into 15,20,00,000 shares of Rs 10 each, and to alter the capital clause in its Memorandum of Association accordingly.
